How do I join the Club?
Nothing to do: you join the Club automatically from your very first order, whatever the amount. It's free, for life, and you start straight away at the Burgundy tier, earning points on everything you buy — clothing, e-books and trips alike.
How long are my points valid?
Each point stays active for 24 months from the day you earn it. Your status, on the other hand, is secured for the whole current season and reviewed once a year: you never lose your tier mid-season (except after a cancellation — see below).
Can I spend my points?
No, and that's on purpose: points aren't turned into money or vouchers. They raise your status, which unlocks concrete perks during your trips — 15-day early access to bookings, on-site attentions, a Gift Pass, room upgrades and more. Les Bornées is an experience club, not a wallet.
Annulation & expiration : est-ce que je peux perdre mon statut ?
Two very different cases. If you cancel or get refunded for an order, the points earned on it are removed and, if that drops you below a threshold, your status goes down right away. Natural point expiry (after 24 months) works differently: even if your active balance falls below your tier, you keep your status until the yearly review (end of year) — and if you order again in the meantime, you keep it. In short: cancelling can downgrade you immediately; letting points expire never downgrades you before the annual review.
Where do I see my status and points?
Everything is in your account, on the "My club" page: your active points balance, your progress towards the next tier, points about to expire and the list of perks unlocked at your level. You'll also find your referral code and link there.
