Eat well, without thinking about it
In the morning, a full breakfast is included, designed to keep you going on long runs. At midday, we eat balanced meals well loaded with carbs (pasta-style) to recover between sessions. In the evening, we book a table at a good spot: dinner is on your own, everyone pays their share.
A weekend to build the mileage that makes the difference
Two days of running led by Charline Simon: each day, the equivalent of a long run and a specific session, plus workshops to improve your running form and manage your effort better. Enough to arrive ready for your spring race.

The trip story
Two days to give your training a clear direction
March-April is race-bib season: half-marathons, the Paris marathon, and every race that comes with them. But a goal takes preparation — and the best way to make progress is to string together mileage at the right moment, in good company.
This weekend in Île-de-France is designed for exactly that: two days running as a group, at your own level, with a coach who builds your prep with you. We mix long runs, specific sessions and technique workshops, without ever leaving you by the roadside.
Mileage is good. Well-coached mileage is what takes you to the next level.

Frequently asked questions
The weekend is designed for beginner to intermediate runners. If you already run fairly regularly and you're preparing for a spring half or marathon, it's for you. No pace is imposed: the sessions adapt to the group and to your goal.
Yes. The weekend works on the mileage and specific sessions that serve a half just as well as a marathon. At pre-registration, you tell us your goal and Charline adapts the content accordingly.
In February 2027, in Île-de-France. The exact dates and precise location are being finalised right now. By pre-registering, you'll be the first to know as soon as everything is locked in.
Coaching from Charline Simon across both days, all the sessions and workshops, accommodation (hotel or shared Airbnb) and half-board (breakfast and lunch). In the evening, we book the restaurant tables, but everyone pays their own share.
Yes ! A "training only" option is available for those who live locally : you get all the coaching and every session, without accommodation or meals, at an adjusted price. Just let us know at pre-registration.
That's the case for most participants. We run as a group, at several paces, in a relaxed atmosphere with no competitive spirit. You arrive on your own and leave with training partners.
No, you make your own way to the weekend's location (Île-de-France is easy to reach). Once the group is formed, we'll help you organise car-sharing if you'd like.
Nothing. It's free with no commitment: it reserves you a priority spot and lets you know first when registration opens. You decide afterwards, at your own pace.
Share your feelings, even if they're honest and nuanced: it guides future adventurers and earns you Club points.
