Loyalty program terms

The Mon club Les Bornées loyalty program rewards your loyalty with points that raise your status and unlock perks. Here is how it works.

1. How to earn points

  • Every product on the site earns you points: €1 spent = 1 point (apparel, e-books, trips).
  • Each trip also earns bonus points, depending on the format.
  • The number of points you earn is shown directly on each product (it takes into account the amount, bonus points and current offers).
  • Your points are credited when your order is paid.
  • Referrals also earn points (see the dedicated section).

2. Validity of your points and status

  • Your points cannot be spent: they are only used to determine your status.
  • Your points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Your "active" balance is the points from the last 24 months.
  • Your status goes up as soon as your active balance reaches the threshold of a higher tier.
  • Even if some points expire during the year, your status is guaranteed until December 31 of the current year.
  • An assessment takes place every December 31: the status reached is guaranteed for the whole following calendar year.
  • In the event of a refund or cancellation, the points are removed; if your balance falls below a threshold, your status may be adjusted (the only case where it can go down during the year).

3. Program tiers

The program has 4 tiers, based on your active points balance:

  • Burgundy: from your first order
  • Silver: from 2,000 points
  • Gold: from 4,000 points
  • Platinium: from 8,000 points

Each tier gives access to specific perks (detailed in your customer account). Your tier is calculated on your active points (last 24 months).

4. Referrals & perks

Referrals

  • When the person you referred pays their first order, you earn 250 points and they earn 200 points.
  • Your referral code and link are available in your customer account.
  • A referral counts once per person referred (on their first order).

  • The perks of each tier are detailed in your customer account ("Mon club" page).
  • Some perks are subject to conditions (marked with an asterisk *).
  • The program and its perks may change; Les Bornées reserves the right to modify them.
