Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

The My Les Bornées Club loyalty program rewards your loyalty with points that advance your status and unlock benefits. Here's how it works.

1. How to earn points

  • All products on the site earn you points.
  • The number of points you earn is indicated directly on each product (it takes into account the amount, bonus points, and current offers).
  • Your points are credited upon payment of your order.
  • Sponsorship also earns points (see dedicated section).

2. Validity of your points and status

  • Your points are not redeemable: they are used solely to determine your status.
  • Your points are valid for 24 months from the date of acquisition. Your "active" balance corresponds to points from the last 24 months.
  • Your status increases immediately as soon as your active balance reaches the threshold of a higher level.
  • Even if some points expire during the year, your status remains guaranteed until December 31st of the current year.
  • An evaluation takes place every December 31st: the status achieved is guaranteed for the entire following calendar year.
  • In case of a refund or cancellation, points are deducted; if your balance falls below a threshold, your status may be adjusted (the only case of a decrease during the year).

3. Program levels

The program has 4 levels, determined by your active point balance:

  • Burgundy — from your first order
  • Silver — from 2,000 points
  • Gold — from 4,000 points
  • Platinum — from 8,000 points

Each level grants access to specific benefits (detailed in your customer account). Your level is calculated based on your active points (last 24 months).

4. Sponsorship & benefits

Sponsorship

  • Upon your referral's first paid order, you earn 250 points and your referral earns 200 points.
  • Your sponsorship code and link are available in your customer account.
  • Sponsorship applies once per referral (on their first order).

  • The benefits of each level are detailed in your customer account ("My Club" page).
  • Some benefits are subject to conditions (marked with an asterisk *).
  • The program and its benefits may evolve; Les Bornées reserves the right to modify them.
