Cycling & Yoga Camp in Ariège: Immersion in the Pyrenean Passes

Join us for our Cycling & Yoga camp in Ariège from May 29 to June 5, 2026, with a focus on progress and performance in the mountains:

• 3 or 4-day format ideal for progressing and discovering the iconic passes of the Pyrenees
• 7-day format designed for performance and conquering the major passes

Several packages are available to suit your desires and budgets.

The program with our cycling & yoga coach:

• 24 to 30 hours of road cycling in the Pyrenean passes
• 6 hours of yoga focused on recovery and mobility
• 4 hours of strengthening sessions and technical workshops as an option

Meals are provided by our team to combine balance, pleasure, and optimized recovery.
