Cycling & Yoga Camp in Ariège – From May 29th to June 5th, 2026

Three formats to choose from:

• 4 days : Saturday to Wednesday – ideal for progressing and challenging yourself
• 3 days : Wednesday to Saturday – express immersion and iconic mountain passes
• 7 days : Saturday to Saturday – designed for performance and tackling major mountain passes

Coaching by our cycling coach & Amandine for yoga.

The program:
• 18 to 24 hours of road cycling in the Pyrenean passes
• 6 hours of yoga focused on recovery and mobility
• Optional reinforcement sessions and technical workshops

Balanced and delicious meals prepared by our team to optimize performance and recovery
