Join us for our Cycling & Yoga camp in Ariège from May 29 to June 5, 2026, with a focus on progress and performance in the mountains:
- 3 or 4-day format ideal for progressing and discovering the iconic passes of the Pyrenees
- 7-day format designed for performance and conquering the major passes
Several packages are available to suit your desires and budgets.
The program with our cycling & yoga coach:
- 24 to 30 hours of road cycling in the Pyrenean passes
- 6 hours of yoga focused on recovery and mobility
- 4 hours of strengthening sessions and technical workshops as an option
Meals are provided by our team to combine balance, pleasure, and optimized recovery.
