Improving efficiency in the water is good. Understanding why is even better.
Whether you're preparing for a triathlon, an open water swim, or simply want to improve your swimming, this weekend is designed to help you reach the next level.
For two days, join a group of passionate swimmers alongside our experienced coach, to work on your technique, understand the fundamentals of swimming performance, and gain comfort in the water.
More than just a training camp, this experience combines practice and learning. Each session is followed by a debriefing to help you understand your strengths, areas for improvement, and adjustments to make to become more efficient in the water.
In a friendly and supportive atmosphere, you will alternate swimming sessions and discussion times to leave with concrete tools to apply in your next training sessions.
Weekend program
Saturday morning
2 hours of swimming & 1 hour of theoretical lecture
A first session dedicated to observing your swimming, identifying your areas for improvement, and personalized technical work.
Group debriefing and discussions with the coach after the session with 1 hour of theoretical session in the conference room.
Saturday afternoon
2 hours of lecture and theoretical workshop
Understand the fundamental principles of positioning in the water:
• hydrodynamics,
• body alignment,
• balance,
• propulsion,
• movement efficiency.
The goal is to understand what truly propels a swimmer and identify the levers for improvement adapted to your profile.
2 hours of swimming
Immediate application of the concepts discussed during the lecture with targeted exercises and individualized feedback.
Sunday morning
2 hours of swimming
Last working session to consolidate the knowledge acquired over the weekend, validate the progress made, and leave with personalized training ideas. Final debriefing and discussion time with the coach.
What's included
• 6 hours of swimming supervised by our certified coach.
• 3-hour technical lecture on positioning in the water.
• A private 50m lane for 10 people.
• Debriefings and personalized feedback after each session.
• Individualized advice to optimize your technique and efficiency in the water.
• Logistical organization of the weekend.
• A dedicated WhatsApp group to connect before, during, and after the camp.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation is not included to allow everyone to choose the option that suits their budget and preferences. Meals remain the responsibility of the participants.
However, we arrange reservations for Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday lunch, to allow the group to share convivial moments outside of training. Payment is made directly on-site based on your consumption.
