The trip story
Two days to scout the terrain and sharpen your prep
The Ironman is months of prep that come down to the details. This weekend in Les Sables d'Olonne, we come to sort them out together: scouting the route, testing your feel on the real terrain, and ironing out your weak points before race day.
Two coaches guide you, including Charline Simon, in a very small group (10 places). We scout the Ironman des Sables bike and run, string together swimming sessions in the pool, and talk straight: pace, nutrition, transitions.
On an Ironman, it isn't the strongest who finishes. It's the best prepared.
